So yesterday my family and I attended the Victorian Christmas Festival which has been a family tradition since I was a very small child. Normally I only take a few photos on my phone but as I got a new camera for my birthday last month I decided it would be a good day to give it a go.
The settings aren’t quite how I’d like them to be just yet but I’m happy with how they turned out till I can make my adjustments so my set up is how I like it.
One of the Christmas Belles (a stilt walking duo)
A Lady of the night
Pearly kings and queens
HMS Victory in all her glory
Some mini steam engines
My favourite part of the entire festival is these two angels on segways they get everyone up and dancing with their collection of disco hits
Elves on stilts!
The old bill
Some living statues who absolutely killed it all weekend (poor boys must’ve been freezing)
The festival is held in the Historic Dockyard so there are lots of beautiful statues around
And a nutcracker or two
And some actual Reindeer
And these two were out and about again
The Victory again
The Mary Roses ships bell
Every year they turn the mast of HMS Warrior into a christmas tree
the ferry ride home is always a lovely view
